Good morning everyone what a lovely weekend we had this week, i spent the whole weekend up at my caravan and the weather was fab, kids were playing out in t-shirts and a good party atmosphere, amazing what a bit of sunshine can do lol.....

Today's card is my DT card for Scrappers Delights Luck of the Irish Challenge.  I was thrilled when i saw this image i needed to work with, isn't she gorgous, i have kept todays card basic as i know alot of people can be afraid to use flowers or colouring in, so i opted for the coloured in version i received with the downloads mounted her onto green card, found a backing paper i had on my computer my tonic punch ribbon and a few pears.  The sentiment is also Scrappers Delights and you can find it in a bundle here.  The image i used was Leprechaun 4 which you can find here.

Why not pop over and join in the challenge, there is a freebie of 3 sentiments on the challenge which are fab, hope to see you there soon xxx

What a lovely suprise

Well i had a lovely weekend away this weekend, shame about the rain but relaxing all the same.  I logged onto my site to find a lovely award from the very talented Kirsty.  She has very kindly awarded me the
Thank you so much hun i am thrilled to bits xxxxx
The idea of the LIEBSTER BLOG AWARD is to spread the love from one small blog (under 200 followers) to other small blogs. This helps to spread the knowledge and readership.

To accept the award, you must:

  1. Link back to the person who gave it and to thank them for thinking of you.
  2. Post the award to your blog.
  3. Give the award to 5 bloggers (with less than 200 followers) that you appreciate and value.
  4. Leave a comment on the blogs of the five people you have chosen to let them know. ‘Liebster’ in German means ‘dearest, so to carry on the Liebster tradition, I am going to pass this award on to 5 people whose blogs have been an inspiration to me.

Thank you ladies you are all inspirational xxxxx

Hold on to your hat

Hi everyone, today i received some stunning flowers to work with from Mulberry Crafts Uk.  I was absolutely thrilled when the postman delivered my parcel, sat and stroked them for a few hours (lol sad i know) then although it was bed time I just couldn't go to bed knowing they were there shouting of me to use them hahaha.

I remembered the freebie from Beccy's Place nell on a bicycle and thought it would be fab for my mam for mothers day as she has always loved riding her bike.
I used the pre-coloured image for quickness which is fab, the backing papers are from Craftworkcards Vintage Rose Paper pack.
The flowers are from mulberry crafts uk i used hybrid tea buds, semi open buds, small buds, regular frilly rose buds, small daisychrysanthemum daisy and daisy flower beads.  You can find a huge selection of flowers on this site, you will deffinately be spoilt for choice.
